Queens Bakery

I like the game, however, I find I have to tap very hard for delivering cakes to customers. Consequently, when I think something has been “delivered”—it hasn’t been. I had no issue with the burger restaurant or other games and so there is nothing wrong with my iPad. Other than that, I enjoy the opportunities to gain gems without being out of pocket! 😀!

Food items are not clear

I was really enjoying this game however, there are certain levels like the Mexican tacos and the subs that I cannot actually tell what items are on the food. The cheese looks like rice at the Mexican restaurant until you upgrade it and I cannot tell the difference between cheese, lettuce or tomato in the sandwich level. It’s extremely frustrating. I have played both from my phone and from my iPad and I am wearing readers so those are not the issues.

Pantry doesn’t work

Updating my rating to 4 stars because the developer responded to my complaint offering to fix the problem right away. It is a fun game and I appreciate the communication from the dev. You don’t see good customer service much these days and I appreciate the dev reaching out.

Filled the pantry with 20,000 coins. I was enjoying the game so I spent the $0.99 to get the coins from the pantry. The game took my dollar, but I did not get my 20,000 coins. Pantry showed 0 coins, but I didn’t get any. The game recognized my achievement in making the purchase and clearing out the pantry, but did not credit me the coins. Do not spend money on this game. It will not work!

Fun game

The game is fun and put together well, but there’s on MAJOR flaw. Once you’ve completed all the star levels, you can’t revisit them and play again. So, when you’ve finished all the restaurants, which I did in about a week, the game is done. There’s buffet mode, but with few ways to earn whisks while you can’t play levels, buffet mode has to be purchased, which is ridiculous because buffet mode is very hard with the impatient customers, and sometimes only lasts a few seconds. I’m not going to spend ¢.99 to play one 10 second level, especially because no matter how much you earn in buffet mode, it only pays $1000! So, I have nothing left to play and no need to keep the app. Bummer, because this game is super addicting and fun to play.

Besides waiting for new restaurants this game has been the most enjoyable and addicting time management cooking game. It’s challenging but not impossible to pass the levels & you it doesn’t require you to spend money in order to enjoy the game :)

We do know that it sounded like an unkept promise, but we surely are doing our best to release the restaurants the soonest. We do not want to give out any false hope. We will keep you posted as soon as the new restaurants are released. They will be released as soon as possible. In the meantime, I suggest that you try our Buffet Mode!

Argh!

This is the best game, but I’ve finished all levels and gotten all stars. Now the game just sits there and taunts me. You guys did a new update, but no new levels. More levels, please!

Ok, now I’m annoyed. Because it’s taking so long for you guys to get it together and put out more levels, I decided to delete the app, then re-install so I can start over, but guess what...it won’t let you do that. It saves where you were before you deleted it. I would like to play your game in some compactly, please tell me how I can do that (and don’t give me another generic message saying I can always play in the buffet mode. Even though you guys now let people buy tickets with those whisk things, I can’t very well earn whisks if I can’t play the game, now can I? I WANT TO PLAY!

Update:A year later. No new levels. Grr.

This is a fantastic game ... fun to play, great graphics, wonderful prizes, and you can move through the game easily because you’re offered generous gifts and great ways to double your money without spending actual money (which would quickly have me deleting a game otherwise)! To the developers and brains behind this gem, keep up the great work and please don’t become like all the other games out there! Be uniquely you, because this game is a winner! Will definitely recommend if it stays as is!
