Love the app but….
Last update now prevents me from removing locations or update their alerts. Hoping for an update soon. I use it when I travel, list is growing!
Great App, Recent Glitch
I’ve had the app for a few years, always worked well for me. I believe with the most recent update that it has stopped allowing me to view the menu for saved locations longer than half a second, so I am not able to delete some locations as I intend to. A minor annoyance but bringing forward for awareness.

The new design stinks
Too many alerts
This app sends so many alerts for the smallest thing that you just disregard them all - like the boy who cried wolf. Woke me up this morning to say we had lightning. Not dangerous lightning, just lightning in the area.
Wrong weather alerts
I’m in Virginia and the app is giving me alerts for Ohio!
WAY too many ads
I love watching 13abc on tv, but this app has a ridiculous amount of ads to sit through

It was a 5 star app for me
Please go back to having the radar like it used to be. I like being able to look at the past radar. I don’t want to see the future radar as it’s not accurate most times. However, by looking how systems have been moving for the past hour or so, you can pretty well tell if you’re in it’s track.
Make it a Widget!
I love this app I prefer it over my standard weather app but it can’t be used as a widget.
No sound
There is sound on the ads but not on the weather video!

DO NOT PUT ADS BEFORE THE STORY
I have ZERO desire to watch a 30 sec ad before the weather report after clicking on your push notification. Makes me not want to support the advertisers or your station!

Ads are too intrusive
This station is in my home area. I really wanted to like the app but the ads make it virtually unusable.

It gives me all the information about the weather and lets me know when I can go outside to see nature

Politically one sided
It’s unfortunate that a local station chooses to unfairly try to influence local voters during an important election. It’s no wonder that trust in media, specifically in regards to medicine and government, is at an all time low. I expect it from national outlets, not from my local news source.
One way you can gain your community’s confidence is to stop repurposing stories from national outlets and create fair and educated content from within that gives unbiased information to your audience.
As a positive, I actually think your live news on television is much better than your online content. There seems to be a pretty big difference in talent. Maybe it’s the anchors delivery?
