This is hands down the best local weather app with amazing accuracy and coverage, I will never use another app other than this one again
Was my favorite
This was one of the best weather apps out there. For some time, though, the updated radar, when in motion, cycles so fast that you cannot tell what storms are doing. If that wasn't bad enough, it now has so many ads that it's almost completely unusable. Ads when you open, way too long, I've even had ads I couldn't get to close.

Ads galore
This app used to be fantastic, our whole family used it, even when we traveled to Europe always amazing. Now it is non stop ads, every screen you touch you have to watch a full screen ad. Deleting and getting ISCN app
Disappointed with ads
Used to be a great app, then you added all the ads lately. I can’t even see the temperature quick without having to watch an ad! The most recent problem is the ad won’t even let me close out of it after watching the whole thing. Will be looking at using a different app as my go to for weather and deleting this one.

Ridiculous ads.
This app used to be great. Now, you cannot open the app or select any functions in the app without an ad playing. And most of the ads are for very disreputable products. I downloaded another local TV station’s app that I will be using instead of this ruined one.
Severe weather, no watch this ad about virus on your phone first
Just what I want from an app that used to be my go to for anything weather related. Now every time the screen comes up. I have to wait for an ad of some nonsense over and over and over. Tornado in my area coming this way no watch this ad first and then maybe we’ll show it to you but if the screen refreshes, you’re gonna have to watch the ad again absolute garbage of an update.

Disappointing changes
Update to my original review-
After months of the commercial-ridden version of the app, the powers that be came their senses and have now removed the odious advertisements and the app is back to being a helpful and useful! Thank you, thank you, thank you!! 😊

As other reviewers have noted, this used to be a fantastic app! Now there regularly are advertisements popping up- including sometimes when you initially open the app! It's very annoying to not be able to access information because you have to wait for the ad to finish. In the case of severe weather, this could cause some serious problems!

Ads have only gotten worse
I have used this app for several years. The radar function is one of the best out there (especially the severe weather warnings overlays), but the ads make the app borderline unusable. It’s a shame, but I’m moving on to greener pastures.
Too many pop up ads

Ads have ruined this app
I used to love this app and recommended it to everyone I know. It is unusable due to the ads. I am writing this review and then deleting it.
Very delayed
Very delayed notification. Notified after storm has already passed. Always having issues loading and glitches horrible!! They need to do a major update on their app. Has been having issues for quite some time now.
What Happened?
This weather app used to be fantastic. Now, because of the full-screen pop up ads, I hate it. You can’t click out of the ad. Sometimes they can be 30 seconds to a full minute long, which is a long time when you need to check the weather immediately. I usually swipe up to close out the whole app, and start over. This isn’t even a good fix because after about 3 moves on the app, another ad pops up. It has rendered this app almost useless.

Pop ups
The app was better in the past. Keep it simple. There are now pop up ads every time you switch screens ie from Home Screen to daily or to radar etc. not helpful in an “emergency”

I’ve used this app a long time and loved it… until the most recent update: now as I’m looking at the forecast the screen suddenly changes to a loud advertisement that I can’t close or mute. And there doesn’t seem to be a way to opt out. I will stop using this app if that doesn’t change. Please make a way to stop the jump scares.

Update ruined this app
App update completely ruined this app. It WAS my favorite weather app. Now it’s full of ads and goes to ads at the most critical times when you’re trying to get important weather updates. PLEASE FIX!
Ads are terrible
This was my go to weather app for living in Iowa but the new pop up ads are terrible. I deleted it and have found other places to get my radar and weather information. Way to let greed kill a good thing.

I, like probably 99% of people on here are complaining about the sudden intrusive ads that can’t be closed. PATHETIC !!
Ads have ruined it
I used to love this app and use it all the time and recommend it to others. Now when I go to check anything, big full screen ads pop up and are impossible to get out of until it plays through the whole thing. I just needed to check the radar and had to sit through a long ad for an online gambling app. Totally ruined this app for me. Please change it back to how it used to be.

Ads completely ruined it
Been my go to weather app for several years. Now I have to watch a goddamn ad in order to check the weather.
Why all the ads?
This has been my go-to app for a couple years, and the weather is still so accurate, but lately, it’s been packed with ads. I may go the route of finding a new app. I want to know the weather quickly
