It LOUDLY announces the recording after needing to start & merge call to app
I sent contact to the company TODAY (3/1/23) to cancel this service & receive a full refund. I tried this app right away and the recorder loudly ANNOUNCES that it will begin recording THREE (3) times. This is horribly the opposite of the service I need. It also is too inconvenient that the recording doesn’t start AUTOMATIC. I have calls that have important words being exchanged win the first seconds of the interaction and it is honestly, practically inconvenient to switch back to the Phone app to start a new call and then merge, to then alert ANY of the other persons on my calls to my recording app. In New York (where I am), it is legal that ONLY ONE party is aware of the recording. DOES NOT WORK
DO NOT BUY!!! This recorder doesn't work seamlessly. Part of the phone call won't get recorded if you don't delay. Can't just start recording a phone call that's already happening. Attempted to contact customer support for a refund within 24hrs of purchase and got nothing back from them. HORRIBLE. very frustrated with this app and now I'm stuck with it.Show lessanon1095

I paid the 80 bucks to have this available and the first time I needed to use it, it didn’t record. Don’t waste your money on this app. I’ve contacted them twice and no response.petma6
DO NOT DO IT
Most apps give free trials to see if it works for your needs. This one didn’t and I got stuck with paying $50 and this is the app I liked the least I can’t send the recordings to other people which is what I needed! I really want my money backBeth Alt
App doesn’t allow access to audio files
You have to keep paying for the app to keep your files and you can only listen to them from within the app. Trash.JennKaram
Horrible service and problem
I recorded a very important phone call after testing the app 4 times before the call. The tests all worked but the call didnt. I have tried looking for a number to call and there is no number, only email. I have emailed requesting help and I have received no follow up email saying they received my email. This happened this morning so I will give them some time to respond but it would be helpful if they had a phone number.Show lessMar_Ma
Do not purchase.
I needed to record an important phone call for court and the call only recorded 5 minutes of the 25 minute call. I’m so mad I need the rest of the call and it did not record as advertised period of time. I’m so upset do not purchase. Waste of money and lost an important phone call.Aleexllex
No free trial to make sure it works
If you believe in your product, why not give a free trial to make sure it works. Even an option to record 1 to 3 calls for free. Or may 3 days free, or something. The alternative is not to make it a free download and charge upfront to download so we all know that it is in no way free or a free trial, instead of having me, and I’m assuming many other users download it, realize we’re not even able to “try it out at all” without coughing up any money just to then to delete the app.Show lessChiTown094
Cumbersome, just cuts off
Just paid like $50 for 3 months—worth it to record very important phone call… tested it out ahead of time. Worked for brief 30 seconds snippets with test subjects (friends) but when it times to call the client, the app only captured 8 min of the full hour—basically all the relevant data is gone 😑 can I have my money back please??Show lessYitzack

Terrible app.. won’t start recording until like 20 seconds after.. wait a minute.. can you please hold for 20 seconds until the app starts working properly. Fix your stuff people. People are paying for dysfunctional appwnxmdkdkrncn
