  • App works better than expected.

    I usually wouldn't take the time to write a review but this company uses an app that makes logging your time and setting up direct deposit seamless. I just was impressed by that since it's usually sort of a struggle to set those up with the platform provided.

    Their website and app are very user friendly, easy to navigate and understand. Their agency is excellent when working with new clients on their job search and boarding process, they truly make you feel supported every step of the way.

  • Review of Robert Half Application

    Seamless and fast. Questions are precise and require precise answers. However, I still think there is room for a little improvement. Work can be sought anywhere within Canada and there is the need to add the option to choose preferred work place outside immediate environment.
    I’m open work opportunities in Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta.

  • Unable to record TimeSheet

    At first it was easy to navigate & easy to submit my time sheet. I think it’s been over a month already, where I need to delete and REINSTALL the app every Friday because I get a pop-up that it’s “not available” or “sorry something is wrong, check back later.”

    It’s annoying that I have to re-record my times because I can’t access the time report section. Please fix this, it’s so inconvenient.

  • No Longer Functions

    I used to be able to enter my time and get check stubs, update my profile and then it stopped working for entering time. I used it any way for over a year and now I can’t see my pay, it says I haven’t even entered my time from last week, I can’t update my profile and I just deleted and re-installed it! The only things I can use it for are seeing my quarterly total hours, CTO total hours and upcoming holiday. Please create fixes and publish an update!!

  • Doesn’t work as stated

    The app continually lists available jobs even though I’m working and have set my availability as unavailable; I was told that would stop after 2 weeks, but it has not. Also, the app constantly gives a “something went wrong” message and requires me to log out and back in before I can input my hours. They recommended I uninstall and reinstall, but the problem persists. It’s just inconvenient.

  • Applying to the same job multiple times

    Great app, but you have to check in your my jobs section to make sure you haven’t already applied for a job. If you don’t look through the my jobs section and you come across a job you’ve already applied for, it won’t say applied which can lead to you applying multiple times to the same job. Other than that, awesome app.

  • App is broken on iOS 17.0.3

    I am writing a review to alert anyone on iOS 17.0.3 and using this app NOT to update to latest version. The previous version worked fine, but this version results in an error message for every link I tap.

    Of course I can go to the RH website and complete time sheets, look at my paystub, etc. but the mobile app is worthless if I can no longer accomplish routine tasks.

    To date, the mobile team has tried to hand me off to the payroll customer service team; they seem not to understand that I am reporting bugs.

  • My great candidate experience

    Thanks to those at Robert Half , Randi Lynn and Rachel, I think I found my forever home of employment. Once I interviewed with Randi Lynn , she was quick to make an offer, based on my experience, of course, sent over my offer letter. I am mediately, accepted and began the on boarding process.
