Welcome to Bliss More V 2.0, a major overhaul of V1.x The idea behind this overhaul is to make Bliss More more user friendly, easier to use and a powerful tool for both Bliss More readers and Vedic / Transcendental Meditators (more functionalities will be added to cater for Vedic / Transcendental Meditators needs in subsequent release of version 2.x). Aside from bug fixes and optimizations, Bliss More now features a brand new Meditation Time section, a Statistics page and Information about Sunrise at your location coupled with a Sunrise Alarm and step by step instructions for Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation). The E.A.S.Y. method by Light Watkins is based on Vedic / Transcendental Meditation principles. Bliss more is for everyone, you don't have to be a beginner to use it! Bliss More lets you set up daily reminders for your meditation practice, the Bliss More Challenges, The Sunrise Time for Surya Namaskar / Sun Salutation and the Daily Dose of Inspiration written by Light! You can opt-in to have a Settling Sound Repetition play at the beginning of your meditation (For Bliss More readers only). The Meditation Time features the current time, the time when the meditation will be over and a count down with the time remaining. This screen is fully customizable to your liking. You can hide the components that you don't need and make the current time or a count down the main element on the screen. You can also pick between a black background or a darkened cloudy sky. Bliss More also lets you keep track of your mood before and after meditation and the satisfaction level of your meditation practice. And displays a summary in the Statistics page. (All these concepts will make sense as you read Bliss More.) Bliss More is fully integrated with the Health App and lets you save your meditation time as Mindful Minutes. This combined with your moods, satisfaction level and heart rate will show you the impact of the E.A.S.Y meditation method on your health in general.   • Latest update made the best app useless

    Don’t understand why the developer changed the app. Has been perfect for over a year. Now there’s no more ease in / ease out timer - it’s just a big clock that you have to set a start time and date for. It was perfect! Now it’s just a big ugly clock.

    Hi HLB121, Thank you for reporting your concern, Actually the ease in and ease out are still there... Also you have an option to display the time (clock or timer) as big (landscape mode) or small (portrait mode) From the Meditation Time page you have a settings button that allows you to set the ease in and ease out duration and also lets you switch between timer and clock and portrait and landscape mode... Everything that was there in V1.x is still there and V2 added more functionalities and options. When you start your meditation the ease in period is shown as green clock / timer The actual meditation is shown with a purple or white clock / timer and the ease out is displayed with an orange clock / timer. If you meditate longer then the clock / timer becomes red.   • Great meditation app

    I downloaded this and many others but this has stood the test of time and is still on my iPhone. It is free, easy to use, and full of great tools. This isn’t a talk to you guided app with music and multifunctional tones. How practical are those in public places without headphones? This is the meat of meditation with all the necessary tools. I can opt in to have it remind me to meditate twice day in the reminder app and it give me push notifications. I can make notes right after meditation when all the juicy stuff happens or I can record what went wrong. Either way I can go back and look and see how I am growing. My favorite feature links to my location to remind me its time for sun salutations. I don’t always do the sun salutations but I don’t miss a sunrise! This app makes meditation E.A.S.Y. That is exactly what the others are missing. This isn’t rocket science! Give this a try and find your Bliss one breath at a time.

    Good simple app. Helps keep meditation in my daily routine. Timer is handy, had to get the chime volume just right to not jolt me.
    The book has helped me get back into routine after an up and down relationship with my TM practice. Get the book!
