  • Upgraded to Pro and haven’t looked back!

    I really enjoyed the free plan - was nice to have access to all my dates on the go.

    Recently upgraded to Pro after meeting one of the founders at Inman Connect New York and I haven’t looked back — it’s amazing! Those small details that used to slip through the cracks (eg ordering HOA docs), are now in my “smart checklists” and Clozio keeps me on track. It’s really helpful to be reminded of what to do when things get busy. And my clients LOVE the transparency!

  • No customer service options at all

    I have only been able to login via desktop and never been able to utilize the app on my phone. (This in spite of resetting the password.) There is no customer service channel or means of contacting the company. An attempt to work with the chatbot was likewise unsuccessful. Very disappointing. Attempting to dispute the charge to my credit card.

    Hi Wes - I'd like to personally apologize for your experience and the delayed response in the AppStore. We did see your missed chat and reached out via email later that day (January 31st), but never heard back. Regarding your issue: you created your account by logging in with gmail, so do not have a password in the system. You can click "Login with Google" in the app and you'll be back on your way!
