  • Annoying app

    Every time I exit the app I have to completely log back in even though I put down “remember me” constantly have to put the company ID back in and it’s very irritating, I shouldn’t have to log into the app every time I exit the app it should stay logged in
  • Horrible app

    I have to use this for work and it is the absolute least consistent app I have ever used. Horrible.

  • New update

    New update makes so you can’t screen rotate, please fix

    Thank you for your feedback. Due to the linear format of our application and the majority of users are on phones, this view allows you to see more information than in landscape. We are enhancing our app to be more responsive to multiple device types in the future.
  • It’s great now

    Some issues syncing here and there but all in all it’s a massive upgrade from the last couple of versions and vastly greater then the original!

As far as the back button, we have completed an extensive amount of work, including UI improvements and optimizations with a new version released in mid to late October. Please upgrade to the latest version and contact us if you are still experiencing issues.
  • Wonderful design

    The new UI look and feel is amazing. It’s clean and clear. Apps response times are blazing fast compared to the old one.
  • Service bench app poor

    Map view of jobs doesn’t work
    App locks up when loosing connection
    Notes are lost often, end when pictures are there
    Can’t upload photos out of order
    Can’t delay notes until later-hurts productivity

  • Problem syncing

    Has a problem syncing with the website for Service Bench. I have to manually close the job correctly every day.

  • PLEASE UPDATE

    When using an iPhone, all the controls at the top are shifted up and makes it almost impossible to use tap on. You can even see the ServiceBench logo shifted up into the iPhones notch. Also when you tick the box (remember me) for login, it doesn’t remember you. PLEASE UPDATE THESE THINGS.

    Thank you for your feedback. We've noticed that you reported this against an older version of the application. Please update to the latest version in the App Store. Please contact servicebenchfeedback@asurion.com if you continue to have issues. Please note that "Remember Me" only remembers your Company ID and User ID.
  • Waste of time

    This is so time consuming has still many glitches and will not let you go to the next step until you enter the information it’s asking and the it does not save it. Terrible waste of valuable time whom ever released this need to get fired.

    Thank you for your feedback. There are required steps to claim a job from a Service Administrator in the Retail repair space, these steps are part of their required process including photos.
