iPhone video does not work
I’m unable to replay the video that was recorded to my iPhone using this app. I have iPhone XS Max, if that helps the developer. Please look into this because the video recording does not work.
Videos missing segments
When taping video from the app to your phone, all of them are missing various segments and seldom even play....
App keeps Crashing When opening recorded video
Found the app to work ok. Have had a few problems. See below
1)Video- While trying to record video from the F20 drone to my iPhone XR, have gone back to watch the video and it is extremely choppy and constantly starts and stops and does not even play 80% of it. Eventually the app crashes and causes by iPhone to REBOOT.
2) Have flown the Drone 5 times. On the 3rd flight all the GPS selections (follow me, point of interest, and Track follow) all worked correctly. On the 4th and 5 flight I CANNOT get those GPS functions to work. Drone remote said 12 Satellites capture before it took off, but when the Drone is airborne and the Buttons listed above are pushed on the APP interface I now get the following Error Msg “YOUR AIRCRAFT IS STILL NOT IN HOVERING STATUS OR GPS SIGNAL IS WEAK”. Neither of which is true. I am flying this in the middle of a huge baseball park with nothing anywhere near me. Return to home functions work but no other.
3). Map on the APP for Drone position does not allow the map to be switched to a Satellite image to get a better view of trees or obstacle positions.
4). YOU NEVER ANSWER YOUR PHONE OR EMAIL
