Not a free app you can’t even try it
After navigating the flood of advertisements that greet you as soon as you download this app, you pair it with your TV and are immediately prompted to purchase a subscription. Who wants to pay $9.99 per month or $4.99 per week for a TV remote app? Some of these apps are outrageously unrealistic. I am literally going to buy another universal remote from Amazon for $10.

It can’t connect to my phone. It can’t find the wifi. It can’t find the tv. The annoying advertising works great. It can find my charge card information without a problem.

I have it and it only works a few times and you get an add every 10 seconds and every 3 taps even if it isn’t a button, it’s a waste of time and you can only do half the things without being told to “subscribe” it’s a waste of time and do not recommend.
Have to now Pay to Power on/off
Didn’t have to pay before. Now you do. Deleted immediately as other remote apps work, for free.

I have a tv my parents did not let m use so I can us when they are not here

You spend more time watching ads than controlling the remote download a different one
Why did you change it?
Before on this app you could use most of the function buttons without paying but now you can’t even press the main buttons without a pop up coming saying that you have to pay to unlock all features. Payment should be for added upgrades or other EXTRA features not the main thing.
Remote does not work unless you pay
I’ve used this app for a while dealing with ads but now they took away the ok or select button on the remote and whenever you press it it tells you to buy the subscription. Are you kidding me! The app is completely unusable without a crazy $5 per month subscription now. I was ok with dealing with the ads but now the remote will not work and forces you to buy it. It’s a shame, this kind of business practice will never get my support. I have been close buying the remote on many occasions now I will never buy it. You people are what is wrong with the world today.

Free version seems bad from the reviews, but the paid version is great.
From reading the other reviews and not having the free version for years, it seems like its alot worse than I remember, with the ads.
But the paid version is very convinent (if you have a roku) Its so much easier to control the roku than other roku remote apps than i know, because the buttons are big. If you have a roku, it also connects to the same tv everytime you open the app, which is usually what I do, you can always disconnect from the tv and connect to another one though if you dont want to connect to the tv.
Should use less ads if you want the ratings to go up.

Microphone Button For An Update For Roku Users
No hate with this app! Don’t get me wrong this is a wonderful alternative for a universal remote built into your phone! But I use Roku and the only thing that this is missing is the microphone button to control the tv with your voice! I just think if they would update this app that would make this app more useful to me because I always use the microphone button on my physical Roku remote! So please if the creator of this app would update this for my inconvenience that would make me happy and give you a five star then the three star that would be wonderful! Thank You For Listening!
