  • Best & Simple

For many years I have searched for a simple and useful mortgage calculator.
This one is a gem. When you’re on the run, this calculator can quickly and accurately deliver results. I am specially impressed with the ability to make changes to the mortgage insurance field and to be able to email or text a copy of the report quickly.

  • Great App…

I would to pay annually rather than monthly. It is a bother to keep having to RE subscribe each time I use it. Perhaps you could offer the to monthly for light users and yearly for frequent users?
  • Pro version is great

I’m able to run estimate on the go and truly help my buyers clients narrow search criteria knowing estimated monthly expenses. Totally worth the 1.99/mo. Thank you!
  • A Realtor’s secret weapon

I absolutely love this app. I use it all the time. Its so easy to use and the best feature is that gives you a estimated PMI monthly payment, no other Mortgage Calculator does this! Stand out like a pro and get this app. They have done some recent improvements to the app. Having this app makes my job as a Realtor just so much easier. Thank you creators for designing this app. I took the time to write this review because you truly deserve it 5-Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  • No small print

After selecting mortgage pro the first use is free after that 99cents per month. They should have said something during or prior to download not a fat chance. So we do it my way you just got canceled out.I can do without.

    Developer Response

Hello Mr Bernd: Thank you for your complain. Sorry for not responding earlier. We have fixed many issues and now we have renamed it as "Loan Calculator PMI-Lite" and "Loan Calculator PMI-Pro" versions. The Lite version is free but if you need the Pro version, it is free for 30 days and then there is a $1.99 monthly subscription. Please reach out to us if this is still an issue. Again thank you for reaching out earlier.
