  • Horrible treatment of drivers!

    Unrealistic pay. It will cost you to work with this one! Be warned. They will also be extremely difficult to get anything that pays enough to make it worth the effort. Abusive ratings as well. If you want Tobe underpaid and unacknowledged for your work after buying all their cheap overpriced equipment that's “required”
    Go for it.
  • They shadow ban you for no reason

    I signed up December 2023 but since it was the holidays I didn’t take orders so I could spend more time with family. This year, I tried logging on but noticed they had blocked or deactivated me since I was inactive. I messaged staff and was told she would forward to appropriate department. A few days later I noticed I could log on but was never emailed or notified that I had been reactivated. Weeks go by with no offers when I know they have offers in my area. They are clearly shadow banning. Poor company and poor practices. There are other catering apps where they don’t ban you for not taking orders when you first sign up.

    I get like one order a week sometimes none in southwest FL. “Opportunity board” Is always empty and I check every day. Used to get nice orders but looks like no one wants to work with this company anymore :(
