I have chosen to try to request a response without giving a STAR rating because I am unsure what its validity at this point. I purchased this subscription a few days ago, but I have had so much headache getting anything to work First, my first feedback for help has been sitting in the ‘send’ mode for days! Thewhen I pressed send, the message bounced back for five consecutive days. To my surprise, todaty, the message is no longer in the sent box. When I tried sendinding it through the HELP feature within the app, the SEND feature was missing and non of the pre generated questions applied to my concern. When I get into the stteings, to adjust options a message pops up that ‘ I need to upjrrade’ upgrade for what! There is no way to reach the troubleshooting techs! I am completely locked out. I have rebooted my phone and restarted it multiple times to solve this issue but no success. Please give me your feedback. I will not edit this. Message.
