Difficult to use
Have had this app less than half an hour & cannot get my tickets as I did not put my mobile number on original order & it doesn’t seem to use my email address to do it. May well be deleting it.Spgnana

Contactless fixed this years ago It seems like the only reason for this app is to keep hold of the cash you can’t refund. I’d like to report it rather than give it 1 star.Sys_Admin_1
