We have the Pro version of this app. Like other reviewers, have tried to contact the company, but to no avail! This company is a calling service, yet has no call in number themselves! Worse yet, some of the people who have called our conference are either blocked from entering the call or HAVE BEEN CHARGED PER MINUTE for using one of the call-in numbers!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! “Awesome app”
I’ve used this app for over a year and it’s worked great but when there’s a problem and you contact them for help your on your own don’t expect any help. I love the app the only reason I’m writing this review is to try to get someone to help me with an issue I’m having with the appNatbum
No Tech assistance at all
We are using ConferenceNowPRO since March. We had technical difficulty and wanted to contact them. However, there is no contact phone number. There is “contact us” button, clicked that, sent emails with request. NO response at all. Pretty sad!!!EEBCI

Shared Moderator
I love this option , however, is it possible to remove the ability of the Shared Moderator to view the Moderator Access Code? If the Shared Moderator takes note of the Moderator Access Code while they have access thru the Shared Moderator key, the Shared Moderator can use the Moderator Access Code to access the line and to control it even after their shared key has been revoked.Show lessMinister Yo

Where is the call back number for recordings. Unhappy right now. Can’t reach anyone at the company.hopeful for a resolution

Worth every penny
I’ve been using the free version for over a year and needed more room for additional callers. Love the app, I would highly recommended getting this app.
