This worked great and diagnosed the issues with my car and had it fixed. I even used it today after leaving the dealership and worked fine. Suddenly now it won’t open, I did the update and still won’t open??? Otherwise would have given 5 stars

App won’t connect to a 2016 Ford F-350, says it isn’t supported.

Worked less then a month
I phone did an update and now app does not work. Ridicules that you pay for a product and the company can’t keep up with software updates. Absolutely wasted my money on this product.
After a while it crashes when opening
Was working fine and then started to have issues (crashed when opening). Had to delete and re-install, set up the dashboard again... Worked for a few weeks and then all of a sudden it would crash when opening again. I’m stuck in that cycle as it continues to work for a short period, and then fails to open. Useful when it works, but a pain to set up each time.

Worked great... until
This app combined with the reader worked great and helped me diagnose an issue recently but now it won’t open on the iPhone
Proprietary obd dongle required
The app may we’ll be absolutely amazing, however it’s not till you install it that you discover you have to purchase there dongle and I can’t find anywhere to buy it.

like others mentioned, the app stopped working with the latest version of iOS.
