You will find a lots of new features in iPratico POS PRO Restaurant. Prints and documents are richer: - pre-bill can be issued in vertical mode for blue tables; - double copies can be printed for pre-bills when charging rooms to ASA Hotel; - a note can be added to an invoice; - history summary can be hidden atop of the receipt; - pre-bill heading can be customized; - logos can be printed on pre-bills and recepitss by means of Epson TM-m30 printers; - the summary of previous payments closes the pre-bill upon advanced payment of a receipt; - a QR-code can be printed on drink orders to ease table opening on cash register; - documents of fidelity refills include their payment means; - pre-bills and orders can be sent also to 50mm printers; - cancellations can be managed on Espon printers by an end-of-day report; - product amount and total can be printed on orders. Management grew finer: - service can be charged; - cancellations can be dealt with; - VAT department can be set up for ticket rest; - VAT rate can be choosen for end-of-month invoices; - text notes can be attached to writing offs, and cancellations, and quantity reductions; - barcodes can be input from Bizerba scales; - Satispay can now refill fidelity cards; - the confirmation message can be suppressed after issuing a document with the green button; - a note can be added to a delivery account; - discounts can be registered to be used with subtotals and products (and permissions regulate discount customization); - currency is set after on iPad's regional settings; - access to ASA Hotel management area is now provided under permission; - "remove receipt objects" is now granted under permission. Reports are more flexible: - summaries are provided for debits, pending payments and tables (even only for drink-card associated ones); - archived documents can be filtered by customer; - fiscal printer fidelity records can be filtered under daily closure operations; - the fidelity card report is split by setup. Finally, "sync" plants provide an updated iPstation portal, even with new options for iPratico Menu.
