Very Helpful but needs improvement
The app is more than helpful as an adjunct to the remote control on the chair, it is necessary. That might be a problem for chair purchases who are not very tech savvy and only use the remote control.
This is because the app allows the massage chair user to download many more massage programs than are automatically included in the remote control, including a massage program designed for seniors.
Voice control is a great help too, so that I don’t need to reach for the remote control or my phone to altar the position or strength of the massage while it is progressing. Some of the massages are so vigorous (which I like) it’s hard to read with all the movement.
More detailed information on the features of each massage program would help too. For example, I wanted a massage that would target my hamstrings, but had to actually sit through several massage programs before I found that function in the immunity massage. At the moment, there are only a few dot points of written information, and a picture of the chair with some highlighted areas, to show what each massage program targets on the body.
The app (and remote control) need more information, because in fact each massage program is quite detailed but the current app and remote features make the massages look simple.
After several hours of online searching, I found that YouTube had pretty good instructional videos by OSIM. That wasn’t obvious however, and should be. Having better information on the remote control about where to find detailed instructions would be very helpful.
The programs themselves are excellent, but to save time I would really like to see more massage descriptions and a FAQ section based on customers past questions.

New app version is buggy
The recent updates to the app actually havent been great. When I use the phone app as a remote control for my ULove2, it disconnects itself multiple times. On my daughter’s phone, it disconnects once in awhile. I dont know what has been included in these recent updates, but it hasnt been functioning as smoothly as before.Show lessskcg53

The app is great! Good job by the developers! However, I think there can be some improvements:
1. Bluetooth pairing - Reading the reviews here I think this is the biggest thing that can be improved. Pairing should not require a manual confirmation from the chair every single time.
2. User shoulder position memory - The app can remember the shoulder positions previously which will eliminate time wasted always detecting shoulder position each time.
3. Multiple users - When connected via Bluetooth, the chair should recognise which user it is and apply preferred settings.
4. History - More detailed history of the massages used for the user (timestamp, routines, chair position etc.)
Overall, a very good complement to the chair. If the above is implemented, it will bring a new level of appreciation to the chair.Show lessJack Y.

No chance to try the app at all. When start the app, can go into the main page, after that if click on any category the app will Keep circling and non stop loading forever.

I downloaded the app today. It takes a long time to pair. On the first try, it worked. On the second try, the app keeps spinning over 5 minutes, still spinning.
I deleted the app and reinstall. Same thing happens. I am giving up.GagaJellyO

Not working with iOS 13.1
Can’t pair with iOS 13.1 ..
After OTE 12 Oct 2019. After rebooting and resetting network settings, managed to pair with the OSIM chair and iPhone 11 Pro on iOS 13.1.2. Thanks.robinchee

Hi Dear Robin, We had tested with iPhone X with iOS 13.1.1 and iPhone XR with iOS 13.1.2 all are able to paired with uLove 2 massage chair, please power off the massage chair and wait for few minutes turn on and try to pair again, if still unable to pair, please provide video on how you pair with massage chair and email to apps.support@osim.com.sg for our investigation.
