If buying xl it is small .The clothing is really nice , but it’s not for plus size ladies. The sizes are not true . And you have to pay to return items. There are other apps the same as this one ,check them very well . This is first time I give bad review for clothing. I’m so disappointed and I waited 21 days to receive them.

Beautiful dress line

Boutiquefeel as the most beautiful line of women clothing and also have very reasonable prices . Boutiquefeel customer service always try to work with their customers.

Would 100% NOT recommend!

I put my order in on a dress that had “5-star reviews” and paid overnight shipping. That was a month ago and the product is still not here. Within the last month I’ve had attempts at someone trying to make transactions from California (oddly where this company is from) When trying to speak with customer service they refused a refund to where I had to dispute the charges on my card and mark down as fraud. Do NOT trust this company.

Not good

First time I buy for this company and they send my merchandise to wrong address they don’t want to return my money or the merchandise please don’t order for this people very bad company and customer service they only contact you with texts don’t have any number for customers

Y’all can do better!!

I’ve place four orders with them totaling well over $500. Three of the four orders were messed up. This last one was the final draw. I placed an order for 15 items. They sent me a message saying one item was out of stock but instead of crediting my card back they wanted me to keep it as store credit. It took 4 days to win that battle. Secondly, I accidentally ordered two of one item. While I’m sure folks may mean to do this I wish they would’ve asked if it was an error because they won’t take it back as a return (which I do understand). The icing on the cake was one item was missing and they won’t do anything about it because I don’t have pictures of the original package it came in. Still don’t understand why it’s needed or why they think I’d be lying about a $10 item when I just spent $215. Anyway, IF you’re looking for any type of customer service, SHOP ELSEWHERE!!

Do not order from this place

They’re taking forever to ship out and if you want to cancel, they will charge you cancellation fee for the order which was not shipped yet. Will file disputes on all my order with my credit card. Just be aware.
