We used to have to call in or email our service requests to staff in the building which was very cumbersome. Now that we have the Shelbourne app, submitting a request has never been easier. In one app, with one tap, my request is instantly sent to staff and alerts me as soon as it’s complete.
It’s now simple and easy to message our property manager through the app and have full communication that we didn’t have before. It’s made a world of a difference to not only me but my overall experience as a tenant in this building—I can’t imagine going back to the old way of doing things
