Failure to include D.O.s

Physician lookup works, physician change of address doesn’t
I was able to lookup my medical license. I tried to update my work address: it didn’t let me get to the screen to login to the breeze system. I was able to do this via safari web browser on iOS.Johneastbay
Not intuitive and has limitations
Would like to use this app, but it won’t allow me to follow anyone other than an MD. No CNM or DO. Very frustrating. And there’s a limit to how many I can follow - also frustrating. Will not be using this app - bummer.tkmd3
Interesting idea but terrible data
Terrible app because all it does is show their terrible website. I looked up several doctors that I know have had discipline and the app showed nothing. Another doctor I couldn’t find at all. They also don’t explain that this only works for certain doctors licensed with the medical board itself but not the other boards like podiatrists, dentists, osteopaths, etc. most don’t know that there are separate boards and who belongs to which board. I see, too, that the boards own lawyer, Kerrie Webb, gave the app 5 Stars. No conflict if interest there!Show lessbandleaderjeff
Could be good, but
I found my primary care doc just fine, but it was all downhill from there. A few simple enhancements would make an enormous difference: make it so you can search without having to specify what kind of license your doctor has, e.g. I should be able to find my osteopath, my family doctor, and my rheumatologist without specifying a category.
Another fix: a simple ‘back’ button to take me to the previous screen.
And another: instead of forcing me to assign my own term to a doctor whom I’m following, default that selection to the doctor’s name. I think of them by name and don’t want to assign some artificial phrase when following.
And a bug fix: I successfully followed one doc, but trying to follow another using the same path, assigning a name, and tapping follow, failed multiple times.

Thank you for providing your feedback. All Physician and Surgeons licensed by the Medical Board of California are searchable through the app. When clicking on the magnifying glass from the "Following" list, the license type is preset in the DCA Search interface to only display Medical Board of California Physician and Surgeons. Osteopathic Physician and Surgeons are licensed by the Osteopathic Medical Board of California and you can find more information about their licensees at http://www.ombc.ca.gov. You can go "back" on any screen in the app by using the standard "swipe-right" gesture used in most iOS application. A conscience decision was made to omit a "back" button in favor of the gesture so that the in-app tutorial "?" button could be displayed on as many screens as possible. Please give the "swipe-right" gesture a try and let us know if you have any problems. As for the description popup when adding a Physician and Surgeon to your "Following" list, that description is completely optional. The popup appears and if you just simply hit "Follow" without providing a description, the name is stored with just the standard name and license information. In regards to having trouble following an additional Physician and Surgeon, can you provide any additional information as to what error you encountered so we can troubleshoot further? Easy to use, easy to find your doctor
It’s nice to have an app on my phone where I can immediately find information on any doctor by typing in his/her name. I no longer need to scour the Internet trying to find the information. The app is intuitive and fast. Good job, developers.tomski72
Doesn’t work/Has been rectified
The icon goes around and around...it’s a waste of time! Fix your app!

I appreciated your response regarding my initial problem with your app. Today, 7/30/18, I was able to use your app and found information on a physician without any glitches.
