Unable to retrieve password.
This app has told me it has sent the email to recover password over and over again, but I never receive any email.
Works perfect
I used app linked to the device and check my whole family members weights. It can set the different person and changed roles easily.
Synced well and measured correctly

I like it.
I get Dexa Scans a couple times a year and notice the numbers are pretty close. I use the Fit Track scale. Its not an exact science but for the average “trying to loose fat and gain muscle” person, It’s a great way to stay on track. I wish there was a spot to add notes to each day.
Time to update the app
Love my scale and the app worked great with it up until last week when I could no longer pair it…It just says “searching”,,,So disappointing
App won’t recognize Bluetooth is on
This app is so horribly designed that it can’t even use Bluetooth correctly. It is embarrassing and it makes the fit track scale worthless. You guys need to level up and do better.
Worked great … till it didn’t
This scale worked great and it did sync to Apple health. Tracked my weight daily. Then I changed the battery and the numbers seemed to be off. Some of the stats went down even though my weight stayed the same. Now for some reason the app dropped the connection to the scale and now the app says it can’t find the device even though the phone is literally sitting on the scale. I wanted it for daily tracking. Manually tracking my weight defeats the purpose of buying this, and I could have saved money and kept my old scale.

bugs with app
my app worked fine to start and two weeks, the app went awry. the stats change from one view to the next. further the data is wrong. my fat dropped to low literally overnight as did my age by 10 years. I have deleted and reloaded the app with the same results.
Useful 3rd Party App for Dara FitTrack
So, years ago, I bought the digital scale. I have not been happy lately with the scale’s recommended app, so I tried this one. This app was able to detect and connect to the scale, and synced perfectly without issues! I like the simple interface, and that it really just shows the stats from the scale - which is perfect. It also syncs to Apple Health, which is great.

Doesn’t connect to scale
I’m so disappointed in this product. I received it as a gift and it doesn’t function at all. It will not pair with the scale. So scale is complete useless.
