Worse App Ever
I recently downloaded this app, I signed up and filled in my info, then to make deposits you have to protect your account through 2 factor Authentication app, I struggled with that for days and calling and emailing support for help but unfortunately no help came as email support takes decades to reply to emails. I was so determined I had to figure a way out myself, upon fixing 2FA without supports help, I was told by app to verify to Level 2 to have unlimited deposits and withdrawals, after collecting sensitive and personal info I got an email my account verification was successful, I went into the app and clicked on on deposit, I stumbled upon a message saying “DEPOSITS ARE CURRENTLY DISABLED” I reached out to support on several occasions but no feedback till now. What an awful experience.

UI really good but does not display transfer fee during transaction
I transferred my btc to my cold wallet but I was shocked that the fee was 25 GBP and this was not displayed while I was about to make my transaction. I would say coinbase is better experience when transferring as they really display the fees before toy click ok to a transaction.
