Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and would like to clarify a few points. First and foremost, the app does not consist of mere videos. Your smartphone truly becomes a virtual transducer, fully synchronized in real-time with your tablet, which acts as the virtual ultrasound machine. This setup allows you to simulate a complete ultrasound examination realistically. Many specialties are included: OB/GYN, Internal medicine/POCUS, Urology, Pediatrics, Angiology. All movements are fully supported: Fanning, rotating, rocking, sweeping and sliding. Even loss of contact and compression is simulated. Additionally, the scanning tutorials (Scan Tutorial) are not videos—they allow you to practice realistic probe movements on a virtual patient by physically moving your iPhone through the air. It seems there may have been some misunderstanding about how the app and the virtual transducer work. We are confident that with the proper setup and guidance, you can fully experience the app's potential to simulate ultrasound practice effectively.
