Buyer beware…
Bookings made in the app are treated as lower priority than those through the controller and despite being confirmed with plenty of notice (more than a week) can apparently be cancelled with 0 minutes notice. Exceptionally unhelpful for early morning bookings to transport hubs. Do not use this as a reliable booking method.
