Unable to reset password
The app logged me out, and I’ve tried multiple times to reset my password, the email doesn’t come through, I’ve check my spam folder too, there no other way around it, frustrating a poor communication

This app is so fun and entertaining i love making designs on it and seeing everyone else’s i like how you can follow your friends and texting on it too one thing that’s not such a big deal but if you don’t mémorise your password or username you should write it down because every so often it logs you out and if you don’t remember your password or username you have to start a new account but other then that this app is so good and fun i love it you should definitely get it😻 🩷❤️🌺

This game/app is so cool!!!! I love how you can make plans and there are so many options, you can even upload your own pictures and put it on the app so if you can report anything else inappropriate.
And you can also make outfit wallpapers which is so cute ❤️

Very good app
this is a great app and I have been using it a lot, no ads, and u can post your own things and get followers so that’s a part that I love but I do not recommend it for the kids 12- as you are in contact with other people of all ages and that are all around the world.
I like using this app, but wow is it unfriendly to its users
User interface is glitchy, and drafts often have picture elements move on their own when saving, exiting, then later re-entering the collage. At some point the app designers made a poor decision and moved the ‘adjust white background’ bar to the bottom of the screen, clustered by other buttons, which lost much of the precision that usef to exist when erasing the white backgrounds of certain images.

Pleased with this app. 3.5 stars
This app is pretty good and I enjoy it when I have the free time to curate designs. There are only a couple things I would change. The main one being that the app crashes occasionally in the middle of creating a design and you lose all your progress- it is quite frustrating. At least make sure that a draft saves if the app is going to crash. Also, I have ran into the issue of if you do save a draft that you were working on for a specific challenge, it will not submit to that challenge when you go back and complete the set. Also, I believe there could be more options when you’re looking up items/clothes as a whole, if that makes sense.

Loved the app…
…but had to delete it when a simple search for items to use in my designs would come up with tons of NSFW products. I’m not talking just one or two items, but tons of scrolling through just to find a particular pair of shoes or whatever. I wasn’t even using adult terms - it’d be something basic, like the word for a color or a texture or something. It got to where there were too many and there is no way to either block NSFW stuff, or to easily report it. That was a few months ago, and I have no idea if anything has been done about it since.
There were also pictures of little kids on the app, who clearly weren’t models or actors or whatever. They didn’t look happy, either. Made me feel very uneasy about it all.
I loved making my own designs with ShopLook, because it really helped to boost my productivity when I was otherwise struggling to keep it up. But I just don’t feel comfortable with the app anymore.

Thank you for this feedback. We actually do have a way directly in the app to review any content- including images and designs. And take reports seriously and are consistently managing the community library (deleting images actively). Given Shoplook is a community-driven creative platform, the help of the community in addition to our serious focus on this helps make sure we maintain a diverse image range while keeping what does not belong out.
