Unable to renew - date of birth issue
In the renewal process, the app requires Pan number and date of birth. The drop down for the year goes back up to 1959. Not able to enter my year of birth 1955.Unable to submit claims
Unable to submit claims. App keeps giving error messages of mobile number not registered on App but App shows my correct mobile number. Very bad UX.Developer Response

Its good to come up with an application to support during this pandemic. But the basic feature is not working. I tried many times to submit my group health insurance claim but every time its showing an alert saying my date of admission is not in the coverage period. My policy will expire only by 23rd Dec 2020, yet im unable to submit a claim for last July 27th - 31st. Also i spend time to fill everything and upload images one by one(no multi select feature). Once the app shows this error message its simply going to main screen. No draft is saved or no way to see which field has the problem. This is a bad user experience.Show lessDeveloper Response
