Why was that even an opinion?!
I have been playing this game for a while and I made it really far. My black hole was really big and I had millions of coins. I was having a blast!
But then a little purple button showed up at the bottoms of my screen. I figured it was something like the the blue “Bonus” button so I clicked on it. And I was going big and having fun, it’s late, I’m tired, and very dyslexic. So I don’t read a lot of things because it’s actually really hard and awful.
As my finger hit the button there was little itty bitty warning, I did not have time to read the tiny print before I lost all of my progress. It started me right back at the beginning. I was in complete disbelief. I began to sweat. My hands hot cold and my face got hot.
WHY IS THIS EVEN AN OPTION?! WHAT IS THE POINT OF THAT?! WHOS IDEA WAS THIS?! WHY WAS THE WARNING NOT ABSOLUTELY HUGE?!

Another Issue with the App
The recent update you guys did got the app to work again (even though the update kicked in weeks after). However, I’m encountering another issue to where it says “Claim,” it says, “Infinity.” When I click on it to level up/get more coins, nothing budges. The amount of coins remain at 101k and there’s a zap sound when I click on the “claim” section. No other holes will unlock because no challenges budge either. It’s like everything that causes the new holes to unlock after completing a challenge for each hole such as playing for a certain amount of days, reach a certain amount of coins, etc are frozen therefore, nothing budges besides eating everything. I’ve already canceled my subscription about a month ago. It’s been like this for a good while but I’ve waited to see what you’d guys do but nothing of a fix happened. I love this game so much; so relaxing. I’ve played it before but haven’t been able to find it until a few weeks ago.. I purchased the subscription and the three skins are not available for use still. Even the ads still pop up when I level up/get the bonus. I’ve uninstalled the app and still remains the same. What happened to the app?? Please fix and thank you.
