Broken App
The app is completely Selena’s. Kaseya One login returns errors and the standard Datto login does t work either. I expected much better considering that Kaseya One isn’t compatible in mobile browsers.

Constantly crashes
I grew tired of this app and deleted it. It would freeze constantly. Closing and reopening after crashing would also prompt me for my login and two factor again. I would spend upwards of 30 minutes trying to get in and work. I turned to my laptop instead of having someone else from my office assist me when troubleshooting network items. My associates had the same problem, so it’s not just me.

It simply *doesn't* work
I've been able to log into the app once, otherwise I get an unexpected error. The one time I did log in, the app crashed about 20 seconds later. That's all she wrote.

slow and unusable, you might as well go on safari. truly a disappointment.
Slow and unusable
This app has limited features and the primary problem is that takes forever to load. Makes the app unusable. Better off going to the full website in your mobile browser.
Super useful
Very nice app, it saves a lot of time, instead of going to the website we can just check network status via de app. Nice job Datto, keep adding features.
Useful but needs notifications
Great utility for basic management. Could use faceid for login and push notifications as well. Great for basic management though.
No iPad Support
This App is useful but is not iPad compatible as is does not fill the iPad screen. 2 Stars for oversight on this. I submitted feedback to Datto directly as well.
Great Improvements
The improvements are great! The app is useful in monitoring and configuring our customer networks.

With a recent update you can now view/change SSID information. Hope this improves your experience!
