Description of Nexus Labor
NexusLabor/NexusZorg bemiddelt ZZP-ers naar nieuwe opdrachten en helpt teams hun eigen medewerkers en medewerkers van partnerorganisaties optimaal inzetbaar te houden.
ZZP-ers en eigen medewerkers of medewerkers / teamleden kunnen met de app:
- hun beschikbaarheid doorgeven - per dag, en dagdeel om bemiddeld te worden
- een eigen agenda bijhouden wanneer er gewerkt gaat worden
- de gewerkte uren registeren en indienen om geaccordeerd te worden
- zien welke uren ingediend en geaccordeerd zijn
- contact opnemen met de teamleider als er vragen zijn
Teamleiders/planners kunnen met de app
- beschikbaarheid van teamleden en ZZP-ers in het eigen team zien
- inzetbare medewerkers buiten het eigen team zien (anoniem)
- contact opnemen met de ZZPers of medewerkers zelf of via NexusLabor contact zoeken met nieuwe teamleden
- gewerkte uren van ZZP-ers accorderen

Om regionaal onderling arbeidspotentieel maximaal te benutten biedt NexusLabor een open platform met een app en daarnaast via partners toegang tot flexibele arbeidskrachten/werkers.
Eigenschappen van het NexusLabor Platform & de App:
Iedere werker houdt zichzelf inzetbaar door zichzelf beschikbaar te maken voor werk.
Iedere teamleider/planner heeft toegang tot het volledige arbeidspotentieel in de regio om
- te roosteren en bijvoorbeeld lastig planbare diensten en snel werkers te matchen,
- continu nieuwe gekwalificeerde werkers te ontdekken en in te zetten.
Werkers registreren uren in de app, teamleiders accorderen in de app, wat automatisch wordt verdisconteerd tussen de vragende en aanbiedende partijen.
Het platform is open en daarmee in staat om aan te sluiten op ECD’s/Roosterpakketten
Levert management rapportage & advies ten behoeve van (voorkomen van) onderlinge verrekeningen.
