Can’t sign in

I had this app on a previous phone. On new phone (iPhone 15 Pro Max) downloaded the app and tried to sign in and just get an error message every time. Tried creating new user with different email - same result. An error message every time! I was hoping to purchase tickets before arriving in Finland so disappointed!

Super app

A great app. Can buy tickets, follow route, change your seats, cancel and edit and even buy meals. App like this makes it much smoother to travel by train.

Useful and Precise

This VR app makes commuting between cities and towns so easy! It has a nice layout and it works really well. You can check the different timetables, buy your tickets (normal, student, +pet, +bike, etc) and be wherever you need to be, on time. Very reliable. I use it daily.

Great app

Nicely designed app. The only thing is that it’d be nice to be able to change the seat for a booked ticket from anywhere in the app where you can see your assigned seat. Instead of the blue pop saying ‘change in Change Seat section’ which is impossible to find in the app.

No Apple Pay

No Apple Pay supported, which make the payment cumbersome

Terrible app

Repeated attempts to register with no success. Receive error message to call support in Finland.

Can’t add tickets

Can’t add a ticket purchased through the website to view on the app- there should be an option to input a confirmation number to view website bought tickets on the app.

Terrible App

Just trying to register and create password is hard. I tried multiple times according to their password rules and it never accepted any of them. Not worth it
