Broken

Every time I use the app to update the firmware of my ATH-M50xBT it updates for 90 minutes then restarts with an error. Completely useless.

Please

Why haven’t you done the bt 990’s yet? I’ve had them for far to long not to have this available yet. People been asking for it for a while.

CK3TW!!

AT!! We need an app update for the new earbuds, wanna see the features in the app

Product excluded from the app.

Why would you provide an app and exclude certain products? I’ve spent quite some time trying to figure out how to connect my ATW-CK3TW Bluetooth earbuds then realised it’s not supported. As far I’m aware, this product has the latest technology or so you said. Very bad marketing too as it makes it feel the product I own it’s second tier and not worthy the app support.

Don’t waste your time

Awful app. No ability to change equalizer settings outside of changing codecs. The firmware update process is broken, and can ruin your headphones if you’re unsuccessful.

For such an excellent company to put out such a terrible app is shocking. Just enjoy your headphones out of the box and fine even bother with this app.

Never Worked

Although my ATH-M50x heaphones are great and connect easily with several devices, they never managed to connect with the app. Therefore, I'm deleting it.

Does not support sr30bt headphones

I love my headphones the app is trash

Glitchy and pointless essentially does nothing. The locate function sort of works, but really just tells you the last place you connected to the headphones. So if someone yoinks them it’s useless. Don’t waste time with this app. Great headphones, though.

Needs EQ option

Why no EQ option?? Sony and Bose have it in their apps. If you had this feature would definitely get more stars.

Simply Abysmal

For a high-end audio company, you wouldn’t think it after this app. No EQ adjustment for my $200+ headphones? I’m sorry, is this 1995? Even Sennheiser has that available for its $40 earbuds. A 90 minute firmware update only to then tell me to plug it into a computer to complete? You need to inform the user about requiring a computer for updates BEFORE it starts otherwise I wouldn’t have rendered my headphones useless for this 4 hour trip! How did this not occur to anyone before pushing the update? You had time to make that ridiculous diagram showing how to push all three side-buttons, the janky-at-best touch pad, AND your phone screen all at the same time as a step in the update process. Can’t wait for to not be able to use them at my destination either. The power switch is software based so with a functionally bricked headset I can’t even turn it off!

Just way too many quality of life features (that are pretty basic I’d say) are missing and I’m very disappointed.
