Also having issues

Hello and first let me say thank you for one of the best apps I’ve ever used. I am also having issues with the apps after the latest upgrade. I’m on an iPhone 8 and since the upgrade I am not able to see the amount by year. In the old version of the app if duration was 15 years you could see a result for each year with the amount. In the new version I can only see the amount in the last year. It would be nice to see each year again. Seems like I am not the only one with this issue. Again thank you for making a great app. If you could fix or describe how to see a list of all years that would be great.

New version not working very well on my iPhone.

Used the old version very frequently, it was simple and easy to use. I’m approaching retirement so used it to estimate my potential pension growth.

New update

Loved this app for years. Glad you added ads to monetize it (you deserve it). However I cannot click off of monthly to quarterly, yearly, or weeky! Also if possible in a future update, under the withdrawal, to add a percentage option

Hello, I appreciate your feedback! I will add your suggestion to a list of potential features for future updates. I’ve noticed that a number of users have reported the same issue with the Compound Frequency bar. I believe this is related to iPhones running versions older than iOS 18. What I have found works during testing is that the selector needs to be dragged instead of tapped. So if Monthly is selected, press your finger on Monthly and drag to whichever frequency you prefer. If this does not resolve the issue, I would encourage you to direct message me through Twitter so that I can further investigate the issue. My handle is @bevinsjames. Thanks!

Love the app but the update has made it unusable

Since the update I can’t select the compound frequency. It’s stuck on monthly. I have no use for any but yearly. I’ll hold onto it for a while more but I’ll have to delete if it doesn’t get fixed.

Edit: developer contacted me in response to this. In the meantime I discovered that if I long press the compound frequency I can get it to switch but a light tap doesn’t work like it does for the rest of the interface.

Experiencing the same issue that another user commented below.

I have thoroughly enjoyed this app, but there has been a new update and now I cannot change frequency of compounding. Annoying Ad running across the top of the screen, as well.

I know you need to get your revenue, but at least keep it functional.

New Release Broke App

I’ve used this app for years, and love it, but the new release broke it. quarterly button does not work, the sheet showing growth by year is one line long, can’t see the other rows unless scrolling to see one row at a time. Everything looks zoomed, so can’t see much on one screen. Can’t toggle to the sheet view. I’m using an iPhone 8. I deleted and reloaded, but that didn’t fix. I hope this new release gets fixed. I’m giving 5-stars because of past performance, but current performance can’t be rated because it’s broken.

New Update Crashes

Just opened App you could see it has just been updated.

Unable to change compound frequency and App will freeze up.

Please fix!

Hello, I'm sorry you've encountered this issue. According to the recent analytics for the update, there has not been many instances of the app crashing. So I am not sure what is causing this problem for you. I would recommend deleting the app the re-downloading again. Please let me know if this fixes the problem. Thanks!
