App doesn’t work on android and IOS.
I was trying to open online account, but the app always crushes during video conference. I tried to use the android app and the video conference just don’t work. The agent can’t hear me or see my camera. I tried all the solution and tricks without any success and I finally give up. What a waste of my timeShow lessyassinebox

Recharge page bugging
I just updated the app and now i literally cannot use the phone recharge page ! Once i put the amount and click next the whole app crashes ! I regret updating it soo badlyslayerpuss

L’application souffre de problème quand on télécharge les documents pour finaliser l’ouverture du compte incapable de joindre les documents et quand on fais suivant elle quitte l’application et jusqu a maintenant j’ai reçu 12 message texte pour juste joindre les documents alors que je paie pour chaque message entrant à l’international je trouve que le problème est grave ou bien volontaireShow lesscherkara
