    Very useless customer service 😌
  • Worst resolution ever

    The resolution matrix with Fiberone is the worst I have experienced for any Internet service provider in lagos (Nigeria).
    After payment, installation took almost a month before a technician was allocated to set up the router.
    After 3 month of usage the link had an issue (15th Jan 2024) and till date (13th Feb 2024) there has been no communication from the company FiberOne to all affected customers on cause of the problem and no update on when it would be resolved.
    Talking to customer care on any channel is an absolute nightmare because you will keep getting promises of a technician visit, remote resolution and other stories.
    Do yourself a favor by using another ISP even if it’s expensive.
  • Problem renewing with pay stack

    Since the new update, it’s been difficult to pay with pay stack . Please look into this , it was so much easier before now
