Garbage!

Very buggy and hard to deposit money. Then I lost 8 BJ hands in a row! Dealer pulls 20/21 every time. Lol. Even worse, can not earn Tier Credits in Ontario anymore. What a joke. I will be staying at MGM resorts from now on.

SCAMMERS

Deposited money and was taken from my bank account and never received In my Caesars account. Customer service is no help and said it never happened. Scammers! do no use

Drastically unfair betting odds

I like the Game Tracker updates and bet progression additions (when they actually show up. They’re inconsistent). I do hate the fact that for sports games, you have to place a bet to watch the game. Like what more can you do to deter a better? Personally, if I can’t see the game to make an informed bet, then I’m not making the bet. SIMPLE. Whoever decided on this rule needs to be moved to another department, because it’s a dumb rule. Some of the betting lines are excessively high compared to other sportbook platforms. One platform may have a betting line at -500, then here comes Caesars with -3000 for the same line. This is probably the worst sportbook platform, but it’s usable if you have no other options.

For football season the Caesars has absurd betting lines for similar lines. “Player A” expected 2.5 Receptions = -130. Same “Player A” Alt Line of 2 Receptions = -1100. They will drastically decrease line odds for a small .5 to decrease your payout if you win and decrease your chance of picking a line that increases your chance to win. Even if you pick the line, you won’t win much. Unless you’re betting thousands on that line, your winning payout would be less than $1. This creates a win win situation for the house. This Sportsbook should honestly be shut down.

Edit: look at all these bad reviews! Customer service is the worst of all online casinos. DO NOT OPEN an account here!

I have had an account for ages, deposited, played, withdrawn. Received a bonus offer and went into the account, but could not deposit. Contacted chat twice and wasted 30 min with them. Asked for an email response or my account closed. Still receiving promotional material after not receiving contact or account closure.

Refusal of funds and no response from customer service.

Refusing to pay a deposit that was confirmed as received and customer service is now refusing to respond to emails as well as closing all live chats.

WORST OF THE WORST

They suspend your account without reason. When they unsuspend it they don’t even give you a credit or a reason it was suspended in the first place. FANDUEL and DRAFTKINGS is much better atleast they answer questions directly and are very rewarding!

Unusable

The app does not work. Anytime you try to make a bet, an error pop-up appears. The dates are all wonky. It’s been like this for a while and there is no mobile site than I can seem to use to bet either.

Stole Money

Took my deposit, confirmed by bank and have refused to credit my account for over a month now. On the same email chain i have been asked to submit verifiers, send in docs multiple times and when advised to contact the supervisor she doesn’t answer for weeks at a time.
