Bad
It seems like this is an app that just shows the web version of the website. It doesn’t login at all even if you are in putting the correct username and password, nothing at all happens when you click login. It’s as if the page is completely broken.
OVRC Not Usable at this time with app.
Would be great if app goes back to the way it was until issues are sorted out. also can’t remove rooms from settings.

Please just use words and not symbols/colors. This is a utility - not a dating app. It doesn’t need to be cute. Just useful.
Please just put the site devices on the landing page after selecting the site/customer. I know where my customers are how to get in touch with them - I dont need to see their address and phone number. Which reminds me - I’m not *ever* going to give you guys my customers contact info, so please don’t ask for a phone number.

App interface update is terrible
The most recent update that changed the app interface is terrible. It makes the app far more challenging to use than it should be. The mobile app should be straight forward and simple to use like it has been. The app doesn’t need to mirror the web browser.
Latest update
The latest update makes the dashboard trash. Go back to the old dashboard! It looked just like the website version
Latest app is hit and miss
Love OVRC (old app), new one is great if it works, but way too often does not recognize my password and it won’t remember my credentials. Still using the old app 90% of the time. IPad version is much more reliable.
Update bug
Latest update has changed all of our clients to the wrong time zone. Now I’ll have to edit them for a couple hours
Tough to recommend…
The whole OvrC service is a great idea in theory, but in practice there are too many little bugs to make it truly useful. Why does the app not stay logged in on iOS for example? Why do devices disconnected from one site and moved to another still show online on the original site?
Awful experience for business
Can’t add new customers, connection error happens every time with latest update. Have to resort to using the legacy version to have a chance of things working properly

Ovrc is always making my life easier! With its amazing Control4 integration, it is always keeping everything running smoothly, and when my tech needs to troubleshoot rare issues, he can do so remotely! This is by far one of the best remotely accessible ways of connecting to a home!
