Can be greatly improved
App is great but service needs great improvement. No one is asking you to reinvent the wheel. Others offer this service and are successful at it. The whole idea of waiting endlessly for a rider should be addressed. I’m only still using the service because I have money in the wallet.

It can’t seem to get a dispatch driver
I ordered for a dispatch and paid but I haven’t gotten a dispatch rider to come pick up the goods yet for the past two days
