Amazing Company
It is hard to get helpful and quick responses from companies however Matthew got back to me with an App issue in less than 20 minutes and within 1 day had the problem all figure out! I will absolutely be a returning customer for pub passes to come!

Makes a simple experience complex and cutesy
The interface has no logical flow, the written content is a tangled mess of hype, the relationship between the app and the “passport” is unclear, charges appear without authorization, and the local contact seems not to know how to fix anything.
Bored brewmasters compete to see who can make the bitterest IPA and still get people to pay for it. This app makes everything more bitter still.
If it were possible to spit an app on the floor and walk out, that’s what I would do with this one.Show lesscjbennett
Great App & Company
Just received my Craft Notes Passport; Wisconsin edition in the mail today :) I love how there is a passport & app … I’m so excited to use both the app & passport for the first time. The Craft Notes team has been great to work with! Highly recommend. Great way to discover and explore local spots!
We’ve loved using craft notes to explore places we hadn’t even heard about! It’s hard to get used to the $15/mo subscription idea at first, but if you go to even 2 breweries that cost is already covered and after that it’s completely free beers! Super great ideakeacam
Must have for beer fans
If you are a craft brew nerd living in MN it WI, this app is simply the best. The passports make great gifts, and the app has helped us find so many fun spots around the state. I also love learning about the brewers and how they contribute to local communities. Their suggestions for activities around breweries also help make mini-vacations for us to get over the work week blues. Highly recommend!Show lessBeer Me, Beer Me

No way to filter map/list to Passport venues only. Activation code w/ Passport purchase doesn’t unlock anything - you sign up for a membership of some kind and get a discount, even though the app card that came Passports in mail says “45 day trial card”.
Also, Passport isn’t that great unless your hobby is craft beer (tons of breweries missing), as opposed to just something you like doing occasionally. Not planning to purchase again.Show lessmelmwood
