Basically Amazing Flashcards
This app works like amazing flashcards to help you read and write Hangul. Each letter/syllable is presented in a logical sequence and you practice in a variety of ways. You are constantly encouraged to go back and review. The “review everything” button is an amazing feature! I also appreciate being taught/required to do the strokes correctly for each letter. At $1.99, you can’t not buy this app to practice reading and writing Hangul.

Repetitive in a good way
This app is really simple and easy to use. I like the repetitiveness of it and being able to write the characters along with hearing the pronunciation because it helps me to remember much better. I’m using this app along with a few others as well as taking a course online. I know it will take a while before I can easily read Korean but this is a step in the right direction. Plus it’s not expensive for the full version which is nice compared to other apps. If I run into any issues I’ll update this review.

I love this app, but
I’m really enjoying this app so far. It’s really helping me learn the letters. But I think that the English letter sounds don’t always (in fact, to me they very rarely) sound similar to their Korean equivalent. I think it would be great if a feature was added so that I can enter in English text what the Korean letter sounds like. For example, ㄱ is represented as “ga” in app when to me it sounds like “ka.” When the app asks for me to pick the English equivalent, it gets confusing because in my head I see it as “ka” but the answer is “ga.” This feature could be great and make learning a little more user friendly.

So Helpful to learn
This is a great app which doesn’t distract me from learning. I recommend it
Amazing!
This app is BEYOND amazing. I not only learned the Hangul alphabet and its sounds, but I also learned to write Hangul.
It was so easy that it took very little time and I progressed so quickly I stayed interested enough to want to finish learning it completely.
I downloaded a LOT of apps and this was the only one I found focused mainly on writing. The app had me trace syllables so I was able to get used to the writing system.
I can’t say enough about this app. It helped so much and so thoroughly that I have now studied The Korean language every day for at least 15 minutes for close to a year now. I honestly don’t think I would have stuck to learning without this as my base to build on.

Love the dev
Helped me learn kanji and Hangul best purchase you can make for learning a language
Really enjoying the app…but
I’m loving this app, and loving learning the alphabet and I can even (very slowly) figure out how to say Korean words having used this app after a couple of days. Some people are complaining about the price to unlock the other lessons but it’s very small (I paid £1.49 in offer) so extremely worth it in my opinion. What I don’t like is that it glitches when I write certain characters (mainly the K and G when next to an YEO or YA sound) even though I’m writing them perfectly which is very frustrating. This app won’t teach you full Korean words but will help you understand word structure so It’s a great starter app, but please fix the letter glitch.

User Friendly
Definitely the best app I’ve come across so far to learn Korean.
Bruh
When I first saw this app I thought it would be fun and actually learning Korean, when I downloaded it i thought the same, but when I got actually “farther” into it, I realised it was a wast of time. It’s literally just writing and picking (the correct Korean spelling/English spelling) words that you would probable never use. Like what’s the point of this game, is it to learn Korean or to wast time? (Rhetorical question, duh)
But seriously, of your looking to learn Korean, stay AWAY FROM THIS APP!!!!!!!!!
