Please fix ASAP it’s so annoying
I have the iPhone 11 Pro plus and I can’t see anything in the left side of the screen
It’s ok but
It seems ok for now but I hate the fact that EVERY TIME you can buy a new place a stupid bubble pops up and resets your max buying thing having to keep searching for what you like to buy your places at is annoying
FIX THIS
Played it for a while log off for 5minutes the when I go back onto the game everything is gone.

Don’t waste your time
Great game if you want to waste a week of your time only for it to reset and loose your data. Happened twice now I’m deleting.
Cloud save issues
I have lost my cloud save twice, this time I was a few weeks in and lost all of my progress. I won’t bother starting again.
Major Cloud save problem
Game itself is pretty fun, but The game regularly erases your data with no apparent way to recover it. The first time it happened was 24 hours after starting the game and just after my first reset, the game just wiped itself and I had to start all over. Then last night, 3 weeks in of playing the game diligently every day for about 3-4 hours my data randomly erased itself again.

Keep losing game progress at city lvl3?
Everytime time I get closer to lvl 4 city I keep getting bounced back as if I started a brand new game! I don’t need help getting back to it, but would be nice to progress further it’s happened like 5 times in less then a month!! Please fix this bug, sorry for the low rating but till this gets fixed for me it’s a hard NO WAY!!! Have a great day :(

Prepare to restart
After playing this game for several weeks and thoroughly enjoying it, I woke up one morning to find my previous save completely gone. The game has started me from the very beginning. I reached out to support and they were honestly fantastic. They sent me codes to use to obtain gold/tokens/etc to quickly get my progress back. It wasn’t exactly where I had been before, and I had to start over on collecting marina items, but I was satisfied nonetheless. Now here I am, two weeks later, with the exact same issue. I opened the game as I rolled out of bed, as I do every morning. I then went to Twitter to get today’s code. Upon returning to the game, everything was gone. Back to the beginning. I just can’t do it again. I know support will do their best to help me get back to where I was, but I just don’t have the desire to do it again. I was extremely excited to see how the marina progresses and what occurs after reaching level 30, but I just can’t continue playing knowing that this same issue will continue to occur.
