Leave a Review Camera Remote Control App
It’s 2024 and still working great
This simple app allows you to take pictures with your iPhone camera, remotely, from an iPad. I use it to photograph pictures that I convert to digital images. I set the iPhone in a mount, over the picture, and use the iPad to center the subject photo under the camera without having to look at the iPhone screen. When I am satisfied with the lighting and positioning. I remotely trigger the iPhone’s camera to capture the shot. I then review the result on the iPad and repeat the process with my next picture.Show lessScreen Orientation
When I discovered that the app would only display vertically on the iPad, I stopped trying to set it up.Does Not Work
Cannot use phone as camera and use iPad as monitor. Not for video use.
Buyer beware, this app is very basic and won’t allow you to remote control for videos.no camera features available
No landscape mode, no access to other cameras, no phone features available whatsoever. Disappointing.Only operates shutter cannot start a video
I paid $1.99 for an app that does not allow me to use the video function in my iPhone. What the actual heck. I bought it to start recording for a video presentation I need to make. Underwhelmed.Extremely limited
Basically a remote shutter release. In fact, only a remote shutter release. No image is seen on the controlling device.Does it work with pro cameras
Does it work with dslr cameras? No preview on the remote
You can’t see the image on the remote! Use Camera Remote on Apple Watch where you can view the image on the watch, a much better alternative. Can’t see image before I take a photo
This was cool 10 yrs ago. Time for an update
