  • Functionality Needed

    NinjaOne NinjaRMM

This app needs more functionality to be usable for every day technicians. Limited ticketing, and over all not the best layout. To many missing features.
  • SSO is broken

SSO is broken on iOS. Just keeps looping back and forth between screens spawning new logins. Have to cancel each to get back to the first login to kill the app.
  • Currently Non-Functional

Unfortunately there’s currently a login loop that prevents the ability to sign-in to this app, essentially making it useless. Development has been made aware of the issue, so hopefully they will get it fixed soon.

At the moment, the app has been non-functional for about two months.
  • Broken if using SSO

We have tied in Microsoft Entra ID SSO a week ago and ever since then the mobile app is unusable. The login screen for the app launches Safari and then endless pop ups asking to launch the web browser for login.

    QA is seriously lacking.
  • It’s getting better

The SSO is still broken so we had to go back to native authentication as it would go into endless loops.

I wish there was a way to search devices by logged in user
  • Unusable right now

I love the idea of being able to use the mobile app when I am on the go, but when trying to sign-in using Azure AD it is stuck in an infinite sign-in loop and whether you hit cancel or continue the same pop-up with the cancel/continue prompt keeps coming up and I have to try and be faster than the prompt to actually close the app to escape the loop

  • Last update broke sso logins

Unable to use app after last update. Not compatible with entra sso now.
  • Buggy, lacks usability

While the platform accessed via desktop is great, the mobile app lacks in many respects. I’ve had a persistent issue with it being willing to leave me signed in to my account, wherein I have to go through the entire sign in process every time I want to use it , if it’s been longer than 20 minutes since I opened it. Moreover, standard things that should be simple enough, like resetting a user password for servers running Active Directory either seem to be spotty when they do want to open, or they act like they are loading details only to present nothing on the screen. In that same vein, unless it’s veiled somewhere deep in a menu, I don’t think there’s a basic feature to allow you to unlock a user account from the app, which is hyper annoying

  • Very handy

I use on a mac every day. I hate the new update where the remote control options spread across the screen left to right instead of up and down, but good app over all. I wish there was a way to hide the teamviewer welcome opening screen, but that's not a ninja issue i don't think
  • Missing Some Key Device Details

Key Details Devices need to show (which are currently missing):

    1. Storage Drive Capacity / Utilization
    2. Windows Version e.g. 22H2 (not just the build 19045)
    3. Processor Make Model
    4. Graphics Card Make / Model
    5. Scripts need to be sorted Alphabetically

Please add these to the Device Details.

    Thanks!
