Terrible App not able to amend a book I have only just made
Would not recommend, better off using Booking.com
Had to re book as it no longer appears on my booking
Lucky I checked as I made this booking months ago but it was removed from my booking account.
Bookings don’t show in app
I recently had some bad experiences where the app doesn’t show the reservations I made. It suggested that I contact customer services, which I did and then was referred to a website that did n’t work either. Very disappointed that customer service didn’t do me any service. I am a bit in limbo now!
Offers misleading
Sadly, the offers shown on the site are misleading. Despite escalation, the details of the misleading offer weren’t corrected nor was my escalated complaint addressed. Poor customer focus and service.

Not perfect yet
As others have mentioned, there is too much information on the screen which doesn’t fit. My next booking shows up on the Home Screen but so does one I’ve cancelled - not sure I need to see that except in history of bookings. Can’t work out how to add a hotel to my favourites and the profile section is very basic. Would like to be able to get priority for a ground floor room when making a booking on the app for example - seems like a wasted opportunity.

App is useless
I have 3 bookings- app says I have none. Tried to import them. App says I have no bookings. Thankfully, I have emails. App support told me to import them. I replied saying it doesn’t work. No reply- Not impressed!
Poor rendering on phone screen
App functions ok but the images and text render over each other so make it hard to read. Poor developing in these days.
No membership number visible - anywhere!
All easy - until I tried to find my membership number. Seems to be nonexistent
Good App - could be better
The App is good, but let’s itself down because you cannot save to Apple Wallet

Booking was easy and quick. Cancellation of a previous booking was no problem and without penalty.
