I absolutely adore this game, it’s straight forward and fun. I enjoy the cleaning though it does get tedious attempting to pick up every small item.
I don’t quite like some of the limitations. There’s no plumbing for me so I’m unable to adorn a bathroom in my homes. I’d love to be able to choose the layout slightly as I’ve noticed the door or archways tend to be placed quite awkwardly. Doors would be nice in some places too. The furniture is limited, I’d enjoy being able to choose a piece of furniture and choose from even 3 colours for variety as well as maybe a grid so we perfectionists are able to decide if we’d like our furniture to lock onto the grid.
The colour wheel is lacking and a lot of the colours are too saturated and it feels like a child’s painting. I’d love to see more pastel or neutral colours and maybe tiles or some sort of patterned paint.
It would also be fun to maybe have a theme we might need to follow if we choose to. Maybe say who were renovating for or at least have 1 requirement and the rest we decide.
The only other thing is the advertisements are so frequent I’m barely able to finish a room of my house without 3 advertisements popping up.
I think the game is a work in progress, but so are many great games. I’d like to see where this game will go~
