Don’t be fooled
These reviews are mostly fake they buy differnt accounts to give these reviews! There has been multiple problems with this app losing me hundreds. The TP and SL so not work ever! They are very slow to react to the price going above or below the points and it often dosent catch it. In many ForEX trades or markets it is very violent and price can spike or drop quick. So if you even look away for a second somthing can happen. This meaning you need to have a reable stop loss or take profit to give you these.Nick66837
Accessing my account is too hard.
The reason I installed this app is so that I can check in my account health from anywhere. But to get to the accounts page I have to make multiple taps and sometimes I have to log out , log back in to get the account page to load. Also the information shown is pretty useless.
I want to see margin level as a percentage, and would be amazing if it would show weekly/monthly/yearly gains instead of just one total gain. Or even show a chartCJvosh
Was great while known as IG, do NOT use now
Warning: never had issues withdrawing funds since 2019; now that IG has changed to tastyfx I’ve been missing a withdrawal for over 30 days. Their customer service has greatly decreased. I’m missing $300. My bank has verified after I had to call them four separate times that withdraw I made last June 7 never got to my bank, my funds literally just disappeared. If you’d like to keep your money do not use this until they can get this sorted out. It’s a month later and literally no help from tasty FX.hope this helps!?!

For some reason my account was approved and live verified as well and then it went back to pending and I have not been able to trade nor transfer anything from my account sincesmerph3
Trading GBPJPY for US Customers
Hi IG Forex, I trade GBPJPY but I always have to use a calculator for the take profit & stop loss when adjusting it or want to know how much will I risk in usd instead of jpy. Would be beneficial to have the option to see it in USD instead of JPY for US based customers as we calculate our spendings in USD, this is an issue mainly for scalpers that would delay there process due to having to calculate the s/l & tp jpy to usd every single time .. Overall 5/5 platform, excellent customer service! Ach deposit & withdrawal makes it even better compared to other platforms that only accept wire withdrawal with high fees.
Only feature that seems to be falling behind is having the option to Connect IG account into tradingview. This is the only missing sauce other than that loving it.We need IG in Trading View please 🙏🏻
It would definitely be a lot easier to trade directly from trading view. That’s the only feature missing. Your charts are good but majority of us will continue to use Trading V. Thanks for everything! Satisfied customer moved from oanda to Ig.Still can't get my money out.
Money has been stuck for 2 years. You'd think after enough time you wouldn't need to verify your old accounts but no. 2 years later I still need to verify every account I ever linked before I can withdraw my money. And I can't verify closed accounts without much inconvenience bc I don't even know when the test deposits were made.Anonymous veriewer
Facial recognition & adding IG to tradingview
Great platform loving it, the only thing is I'm unable to log in via Facial recognition I've tried many steps as advised by support team but no success, I also tried deleting & re-downloading the app but facial recognition is not appearing in IG Forex for U.S Clients. iPhone 14 Pro. Is there anyway this can be escalated please to make it easier & faster to log in via the app. Also adding IG to trading view would be a game changer overall great broker!!Facial recognition not functioning
Is there a way facial recognition can be implemented? I tried many ways with customer service on the line but it’s not appearing in any of the options I got told to try. Other than that great platform, adding IG to tradingview would also be nice to trade directly from there
