Nearly Useless
Most of the time, my patient profile doesn’t come up. Even when it does, prescriptions I’ve filled don’t automatically populate, you have to manually add them, and it doesn’t keep track of when they were filled last or when they’re due/able to be refilled, so I’m not really sure what the point of the app is. It’s poorly coded and somehow manages to be less useful than the website which is perfunctory at best. If you mistype something, you have to log into the website to fix it, and if you accidentally add another profile because yours won’t load, you have to contact support to delete. It’s quicker, easier, and less annoying to set a reminder on your phone for when your prescriptions need refilled and then call and fill them through the automated system.

It would be nice if I went on the app and the profiles would still be there instead they are always gone. I now have to go online to do refills so the app is useless.

This app is not good at all. It keeps deleting my information and it’s too frustrating. When you click on the app your information is not there have to open and close app about 3 times and it may come on smh
User profile glitch
This is a decent app for a wonderful Pharmacy. The only problem is that most of the time the user profile section is empty and I have trouble pulling my account up.
I’m not sure if it’s a poor connection issue or what but it makes the app useless unless it eventually shows up.

the app works, but it’s pretty faulty. i have to wait forever to get it to bring up my pharm info, and leaving this review on my dark nosed iphone is giving me white text over a white background so hopefully this is even readable

I wished it would show all your perscriptions like other pharmacy apps do. I wanted to see if my one medication was filled yet and was not able to do so with the rx number.
