Target 24

Fitness:1440TM has designed a trademarked system known as Target:24TM which drives member results in the most efficient way possible! This system is uniform for each member and has an individualized fit number assigned to guide them through the most efficient workout for their fitness level. It provides biofeedback based on real-time heart rate data. This in turn equates to the most efficient workout each and every time! Target:24TM breaks the shackles and frees the member from the “typical approach” of mindless hours on the treadmill. Target:24TM is a circuit of cardio and strength equipment in the club where a member can run through a 24-minute program using Heart Rate Training technology. Target:24TM uses heart rate technology to guide each member through the most efficient workout, using their fit number (target heart rate). Each member is supplied with a heart rate monitor wrist band, which will automatically be displayed on a large screen TV. To complete this workout, the member will exercise for 1 minute at each station, followed by 30 seconds of rest, using their fit number to gauge their intensity level. Once the circuit is completed twice, the member has completed their Target:24 TM workout.
