The app is the absolute minimum you could imagine for a photo frame. You can pick photos from your camera roll and send them to your frame. You can't name the frame, so if you have more than one, good luck, because they're just identified by a long number. And unlike other frames like Nixplay, there's no sharing extension, so you can't pick an image from the Photos app (or other apps) and share from there. That makes trying to find and share a specific photo you didn't take recently a huge pain.
