Hello! It seems that you have played our Halloween or Christmas special levels, they are rather darker than usual, we are sorry to hear that it wasn't a fun experience. But please feel free to experiment the brighter-normal levels, they are all highlighted in grey on our main menu :) The AR experience is turned on automatically for all players on first starting the game, please check it out on the in-game settings page by pressing the "cog icon" on start. Unfortunately some devices are not compatible with ARKit, and for those devices we have adapted the game to avoid using this tool.

Hello! Sorry to hear that, currently we are not showing a "progress" of the table scanning, it will only show a playable plane when ARKit has found enough white dots to be stable enough... sometimes it takes a little more time and effort. To save this time, whenever we get the team together to play the game, we throw a checked table cloth on top of our office table, that helps a lot the ARKit to spot more points and draw quickly a playable area :) We hope that's a useful tip. Hi there! It makes us really happy to know that you're enjoying our game! If you are facing physical pain while playing it please consider deactivating the AR functionality, this way you can still enjoy the hunt while sitting comfortably, using AR is a great aspect of the game, but it's not mandatory!! Hey there! We are happy to know that you've got this far! Now this level is a tricky one, you need to be quick and hunt for some objects that are moving quick, such as the pirate on top of the ship, if you're struggling too much to get this one, you can still use the "skip" button located on the left-side menu, this way you can hunt for some other objects. Hello! Sorry to hear that, it seems like your phone isn't compatible with Apple's ARKit technology, and because that happens, your camera doesn't start. Now the good news it that we have just released a new version! (1.2) where we are treating this issue, you can still play our game without getting A.R. involved, just the good old swiping and tapping. No cameras involved! Thank you for your feedback and we hope you enjoy our newest version :)

Hi there! Thank you so much for the outstanding feedback! It makes us really happy to know that people are enjoying our game so much :) Today we are already working on an update to release a brand new level for free (a pretty hard one, we hope you enjoy it) and to give some support to users that are having issues with Augmented Reality and "black camera", we'll soon release a version of that will allow users to explore the map only by using their fingers, no camera, no A.R.. This can be used by players that are not interested or can't play our game with A.R.. Don't forget to stay tuned with future versions, we are working every day to deliver the best gaming experience we can :)

Hi there! We are sorry to hear about your issue, unfortunately iPad Air 2 is not compatible with ARKit technology. Although we are working right now to release a new version that will offer a fallback plan to devices that are facing this problem. You'll be able to explore all the maps without requiring the camera to work :) Thank you so much for the great feedback! And we hope that you'll enjoy our future release.
